You may change or cancel your reservation up to thirty (30) days before your arrival without charge. In the event of cancellation after this deadline or a no-show, we reserve the right to charge up to the full amount of the reservation, depending on the length of stay reserved.
Larch House does not accept reservations for any of its dining spaces, however, guests of the hotel are given priority seating. We encourage guests to plan accordingly if they wish to dine with us.

The Larch House spa pool is only open to its guests. We kindly ask that our guests not allow outside visitors into the pool area for the safety and comfort of our guests. Larch House is not responsible for any lost or misplaced items during your stay. However, our staff will make every effort to assist in locating and returning lost belongings.
Guests will be held responsible for any damages to hotel property caused during their stay, including but not limited to furnishings, fixtures, and amenities. Items missing from the property will be charged back to guests accordingly.
All guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner towards fellow guests and hotel staff. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in eviction from the premises without refund.
